Returns Policy

You may return your bought items within 5 days of receipt of your shipment due to size exchange or defective/ wrong product.

• Items must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. 
• Please email us at beemores.my@gmail.com for return information. Do not ship order back without emailing us first - we will return your package at your expense.

Return Shipping

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.

Important Notes for Returns

1. For any defect return request that fall under the below category will not be considered.

• Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used. It may appear darker or lighter to the actual product.
• There might be 0.5-1.5cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. 
• For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece.
• Other minor defects like:
  • minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, crease marks and etc
  • Self-inflicted damage or cut to the product.
  • Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference. 

2. Other non-returnable items:

• Free gifts
• Gift cards
• Promotional items
• Discounted items, includes items purchased with discount code

3. Returns can only made one time per order number. 

4. Any used/credited discount codes for the returned order will be voided and not refundable/re-usable.
